I had used ZeroRez years ago when they first started here in the Bay Area. I like that there is no soapy residue after the cleaning. I was hoping the heavy traffic areas would be more clean, but the rest of the carpets were fine. The cleaner was very personable and efficient.

The service was quick, effective and Miguel the technician that cleaned our carpets was PHENOMENAL! He was extremely professional, kind and kept us updated room by room as he cleaned. He was able to get all of the stains we were concerned about, out of the carpet!
