The puppy stains were eliminated, the protective treatment should last, and the whole thing was completed in a surprisingly short time. The technician, Justin, was professional and friendly.
Besides the final service being done to great quality, I appreciated the company being able to accommodate the schedule to help me out. Also, the cleaner was very professional, communicated clearly and promptly at all times and was very knowledgeable when answering questions and explaining the work done. Overall a 10/10!

The technician, Ryan, was great. He was friendly, professional and worked hard. Did a good job of explaining what he would do and describing possible extra services. Zeroez does a great job getting the carpets clean and I love that it dries quickly. The carpet is not over saturated.
I've had a good experience with Zeroez each time. One time I had someone else clean my carpet because they claimed they could clean linoleum (Zeroez said they couldn't). I will definitely not go back to them again. The linoleum didn't look any better and the carpet didn't either.

I like no harsh chemicals and detergents that leave residue which attracts dirt.make carpet crunchy underfoot.And I really like having a zerorez tech to explain the process and assist moving furniture and area rug where needed.the corner guards were handy and protected wood molding. He was good at moving the flexible plastic hoses so we didnt trip over them.Alejandro was very competent.He did a great job on our rugs.only problem was there were dome streaksstains left on a couple dining chairs. We hope zerorez will return to clean them. Thank
