I really like the way my carpets look after cleaning. Also, the drying time is shorter than most other cleaning services. The gentleman that came to the house was personable and did a great job.
I was not happy about the confusion between the dispatch and the gentleman that came to clean the house. I called as to an update at the arrival of the cleaning person. I was told he would be there in 30-40 minutes. It actually took almost two more hours. I was disappointed in this part of the service.
Once again, I love the way my carpets look, and a great job was done on the cleaning part.
Ryan called ahead and showed up on time. He was pleasant and explained everything well before starting. He completed everything quickly.
