Great efficient and quick. This is the third or fourth time I’ve used them and they are pretty good. The techs are polite and go to work immediately. I have stairs and it’s a workout.

The products themselves are not that impressive once the carpet dries some of the dirt seems to reappears in some areas. That’s about 5-10% of the cleaning. I would have thought some of these areas would have lifted with the scrubbing the Tech was doing.

The technician, Ryan, was very friendly and did a great job with cleaning the carpets in three of our rooms. There were a couple spots that seemed like set in stains that he was able to get out and have our carpets looking good as new. You also can’t beat the pricing!

The process in scheduling a cleaning is very easy. Our technician was on time and notified us in advance that he was on his way to our home. Sergio was polite, respectful of our home and most of all very professional. Our carpets look amazing. We will be using Zerorez again.

Carpet doesn’t feel like new, but much much better than it was.

The carpet looked worn, stained and old, although it was just 1 year old. Zerorez transformed the carpet and removed all stains. We are delighted and highly recommend

the carpet plus stains from a new water
heater hook up but Miguel removed them all. 😞👍

Sergio has done our carpets for a couple of years, he always makes sure we are completely satisfied before we pay the bill. He goes over the carpet condition and any special areas that need extra attention before he starts the job. Communication is good too, he calls when he is on his way to our location so we don't have to wait for the door bell to ring.
