We are very happy with the results after having our carpet cleaned yesterday. Our carpet is 31 years old and we have it cleaned at least 2 times a year. It was pretty dirty because we have a very active dog that has an occasion accident. I clean up after her but it always feels good to have the carpet cleaned. The results are amazing and carpet looks brand new. The service man was very nice and worked hard did a great job. We are very happy with Zerorez we have used them for years.

First off - the two Jason’s who came to pick up our heirloom ( very old ) oriental carpets were very clean , respectful and knowledgeable about or carpets . I'll start with the ease of making an appointment. Not being a very tech savvy person, the online appointment system was simple. I'm a recently retired General Contractor so I'm guilty of being critical when it comes to being on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. The technician you choose to send to my home excided all of my expectations greatly, Trevor was polite and engaging, he didn't have to pause to answer any of my many questions. he treated my home and myself with great respect. The process which was employed to clean the filthy carpets was magical and the results blew me away. Trevor was so efficient no step was wasted; he finished precisely when he said he would. You sent a wonderful representee of your company, as a result I will be using Zerorez for all my carpet and the like cleaning, for which I will be requesting Trevor to perform. I will pass your number to any that ask if "I know anybody that can clean carpets". Well done.

Alejandro (Alex) was terrific. He was efficient and industrious and the carpet has never looked better. As a retired business owner I really appreciated his charm and customer service.

The technician Ryan did an excellent job. He removed the stains and recommended protectants for our aging carpets. The tile floors looked great after the cleaning too. Plus he is a charming person. My little dog, who is an excellent judge of character, really liked Ryan too!
