We have had our carpets done several times with zerorez, and have been satisfied most every time, and when we had a problem, your management was quick to rectify the situation. Our service today I would consider to be the best yet. Ricardo came out and was amazing. He not only paid extra special attention to detail, we had our tile cleaned for the first time and was extremely satisfied with his work. Connor, the ZeroreZ carpet cleaner, was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job of getting spots out my carpet. It looks like new again. I am pleased with the results.
