He was very friendly and efficient in providing the services which were really great - the upholstery on my couch was quite dirty and it looked great after he finished as did the carpeted stairs. I appreciated his recommendation of having my area rugs cleaned in plant. I was quite pleased with the services.

Our carpets are 17 years old (off-white). I have never seen them so clean! Your technician got out coffee, coke, dog accidents. He even gave us booties so we could walk on the rug. Very pleased.
