The technician was very courteous & efficient and completed the job to my satisfaction from arriving on time as promised to helping moving some items from the way of cleaning to explaining the process as this was our first time using the service. I am very pleased with this service. In addition the salesperson that I booked the appointment with was very pleasant to work with so was the estimator that came to give us an estimate. I would highly recommend them and commend them on a job well done all around.

Can't speak much about the product, but I do highly commend the service technician, Hondo Gomez. Besides being very polite and respectful, he worked hard, efficiently, and thoroughly. Of the three or four times we have had Zerorez clean our carpets, we are most satisfied with Hondo's work.

I asked that the technician call 30 minutes before arrival....and he did with an estimated time for arrival. He was polite, explained what was being done....we had an area rug that needed cleaning and he took it out to the driveway as we have hardwood floors and did an excellent job. He told me the cost and sent me the bill......would highly recommend.

I had incredibly high expectations for both the process and the results and I was blown away on both fronts. I will go absolutely nowhere else for my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Everything except the drying part of the process--the moving of large area rugs. Evidentally, it is left to the customer.

THE 2 TECHNICIANS THAT CAME TO DO THE JOB AT OUR HOME WERE VERY PROFESIONAL. 1 WAS A TRAINEE AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. BOTH OF THE TECHNICANS MADE SURE WERE WERE INFORMED ON WHAT THEY WOULD BE DOING AND INFORMED US OF ANY POSSIBLE PROBLEMS THERE MIGHT BE.

There is no odor and the carpets dry within a reasonable amount of time. Usually the other carpet cleaners leave too much water and the fragrance causes problems with out allergies.
