You advertise it as. 119.00 When the price was really 133.00. When asked was told Time for add on radio didn't permit.

You should have advertised 133:00 up front in the time you used.

My carpets are actually clean and don't end up smelling one to two days later. The technicians are very thorough and very courteous. Plus I like the fact that they're always on time. I haven't had one that I did not like.

I must add that I have been most pleased with the technicians that have been sent out each time. This last visit, a young man going by the name Jay was here to perform my service. He was especially nice, very polite and did an outstanding job.

The techs are very personable and professional. They take the time to focus on thoroughly cleaning and they ensure that any flooring by the carpets is clear of water when they're done. I find that the carpets stay clean longer because of the lack of residue. Well done!!

We recently hired Zerorez to clean the 25 year old carpets in our mother's 60 year old home. Our Zerorez technician, Lane Scott, was amazing. He called ahead to let us know exactly when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was very courteous and helpful. After he looked around at the very old, very dirty and stained carpets, he was honest about what results we could expect. We were very impressed at how hard he worked the entire time he was here. When we saw the results we were so surprised at how great the carpets looked; way above our original expectations. We will highly recommend Zerorez to our friends.

The fact that y0u use a treated water, and that it does a very good job. The Service person calls, is on time and very competent. Not that you asked, but I do prefer an earlier start time than 11 o'clock. Mainly due to the drying time on a rather cool day.
