Service person Daniel was fantastic! The areas treated are amazing and we will call / recommend zerores. My place is in oakland and Daniel arrived on time and called ahead to give us a time estimate. That was greatly appreciated since the appt was set for 8 am.

No odor, or chemicals used. Drys quickly and good results with high traffic areas. I’ve used the service since the 80’s with the same carpet! It’s light gold, but has been cleaned at least once a year, if not every 6 months or so. Always get comments on how remarkable my carpet looks from friends, family and the techs that do the cleaning. I like the cleanliness, no use of harsh chemicals,courteous workers.

We had Zerorez come and clean our carpets yesterday, and had the BEST experience! Our technician was named Justice and he was beyond considerate, professional, and personable. He shared all of his knowledge about the products with us, and did an outstanding job! You just don't see that level of professionalism these days! The results were amazing on our carpets, and the fact that its all non toxic is such a bonus.

I will recommend ZeroRez to everyone I know and tell them to request Justice as their technician!
