We were very please with the two men that came to our house, Justice and "Q". They were there on time and quickly got the work done. There is one area in my bedroom that still has a dark spot. I think another treatment might get the spot out. I kind of doubt that you would send them back to go over it again. But I'm willing if the company will cover it.
