I have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez in the past and found that they stay cleaner so much longer, and it's true, there is no residue. Justice and Myles, who cleaned my carpets this time, were excellent techs. They called prior to arriving and arrived on time. They were friendly, polite, knowledgable, very professional and worked efficiently in tandem. Prior to starting, Justice explained the product, process, told me the estimated time it would take for the cleaning and asked if I had any questions. Justice and Myles did such an excellent job in cleaning my carpets. The carpets look and feel better than ever!!!

Your representatives were knowledgeable, thorough and hard working. They stayed focused on the task at hand. They asked me where the troubled spots were and the type of stain so they could treat them properly. They took the trouble to get tight spots and super close to the edges of the carpet and did not get upset when I asked them to redo a certain spot.

I liked their politeness and kindness most of all.

My wife and I were very happy with our recent carpet cleaning. The two workers were efficient and helpful. They took the extra time to explain things in an easy to understand way. There were not any high pressure sales pitches. We would use Zerorez again and recoomend them to our friends and family.

I like Andres! He and his co-worker did a fantastic job! They were friendly and personable. When they arrived they explained step by step what they would be doing. When they were finished, I asked Andres about the condition of the carpeted areas and he took me room by room and explained in detail what he noticed while cleaning. I.e., areas that were worn more than others. He pointed out a couple stains, that I never noticed, that he wasn't able to get out as they were caused by the stain in the wood furniture. What areas were dirtier and the type of dirt, i.e, "topical." Also, during the payment process, Andres explained each step, making sure I understood the cost structure and agreed. These two guys were awesome, they are valuable employees!!!!

Your technicians are knowledgeable and courteous...this last time was no different! Our technician really worked to get some seriously old stains out of our old carpet. Like that you use your own water too and that our house didn't smell like a detergent for hours after like with some other cleaning services!

Our technician was GREAT, called to tell us he was on his way, arrived at the appointed time, completed the job and explained everything to us ~ keeping the air flowing to help in the drying process of the carpet. He was very polite and helpful. The carpet looks good!!!
