This is my second time using Zerorez for my carpet services and I been very happy and satisfied with the work they provided for me. Employees are nice and polite. They did job well and I would totally recommend it to family and friends. My carpet was almost completely dry by the end of the day and it smelled good and it was soft. Yes I did smell my carpet with my nose. Its little too expensive but you won't be disappointed.

Safe cleaning process and good service

The technician was very helpful, courteous, polite and hard working. He was very patient in preparing the invoices for my tenant and me and that is appreciated. Without reflecting on him, I was a bit disappointed that I was not given any spot remover to use for future quick cleaning as other companies have done. I might have been interested in the Premium Fiber Protector treatment but felt that it was just too expensive and was not sure how long it would last.. I also feel that this should be offered at the point of sale or before the technician starts the job. Offering it as an after thought did not sit well with me and contributed to my decision to reject the offer.

Scott Morris was excellent, courteous, thorough, efficient, careful. Rugs came out beautifully, no chemicals or residue.

Technician arrived ON TIME!! And he was very courteous and efficient. That is almost unheard of around here. Our carpets are 15 years old, and they looked much better when he finished. There were a few stains that remained, but like I said, the carpets are 15 years old. This is probably the last cleaning before we replace them. It certainly bought a several extra months before we have to do that, though.
