Henry and Daniel were very professional and did a great job and were very careful in my hallway with plastic guards at the corners to make sure that the equipment did not scratch anything. I definitely would have them back to do the cleaning of my carpets.

This is the 2nd year I have used ZeroRez and both times the service was excellent. They arrive on time, are pleasant and professional to deal with and do an excellent job. They even got an old small stain out that prior steam cleaners could not.
And, of course, their prices are very competitive and DON'T go up when they arrive. My wife had to threaten to call the police a few years ago to get rid of a scam company that tried to double the price after arriving.
