My wife Carol and I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of Adres and Anthony, the technicians who serviced our Pleasant Hill home. They thoroughly cleaned 4 area rugs, as well as a sofa, thoroughly explaining both the products they were using and the services they performed. They exercisd care to ensure maximum cleaning of all surfaces, while at the same time protecting the carpats and sofa from damage. We also appreciated their advising us that they would not attempt to clean the juke area rug in our bedroom of the small area rug made of synthetic material in our family because the materials were not suitable for the cleaning products Zerores uses. The technicians presented their cost estimate in detail prior to beginning work so that we would have a clear understanding of the price we would be paying. Also, they were courteous and efficient throughout their stay, completing their servies expediently. Before leaving, the technicians invited us to view their work, making certain they we were fully satisfied. Carol and I would highly recommend Zerorez Bay Area to anyone!

Your special water, the pre treatment made with orange and u don't use soap but it's a deep cleaning. Every technician u have sent has been very professional and courteous.

***I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. But I am very upset that u don't offer specials anymore and further more, the minimum you impose on what area you live in.
That is terrible! Tell me, what if I want to do a couple of bedrooms after this cleaning? Doesn't that mean I will have to pay the same $173 minimum for just those 2 rooms?

Our last service was great. Andres was fabulous.

Bryce and Anthony were quick and thorough yesterday cleaning the carpet in our empty home!
You company has cleaned our rugs about twice a year since we finished remodeling our condo. We had the upholstery and carpet cleaned the first time, and yesterday we had a Double recliner cleaned for the new owner. We sat in it today so I could show her the way to pull up the footrest. It looked beautiful despite its 21 years of use. Nice, knowledgeable young men!!!
