Easy to make an appointment, the one man crew was able to do so much, there were no crazy fragrances and the carpet looked unbelievably good when finished, i didn't even think it was possible. The Zerorez representative was very knowledgable. When I asked him if he could clean the interior of my car, he looked at it and gave me an estimate. He prepared it then finished with my house and then returned to do a thorough cleaning of my car.
The carpets and the rugs look beautiful and my car has never looked cleaner than when I bought it 13 years ago. Thank you. I have used Zerorez before and will continue to use their service. the only slightly lingering smell was in my closed up car which is gone after 2 days.

The two young men that came were very polite, even early, and did a great job cleaning my carpets, They asked me a couple of questions and explained what they were doing. I am very pleased with the result.

The two servicemen, Bryce and Andrew, were very skilled and professional. They answered all my questions and did a great job protecting other floors/walls/furniture during the cleaning process. I am very pleased with the results as it is my first time using Zerorez and you fit my desire to reduce the use of chemicals in my home.

I will definitely use Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning. I will also consider using you guys for other types of floors since Bryce and Andrew told me you also do hard floors, wood and tile floors which I also have in my home.

The gentlemen who did the carpet cleaning were polite, early, and fast. Best of all, they removed marks on the stairs that I thought were wear and tear. Now the stairs look clean.

Andrew was great, he was very attentive and hard worker.

Our technician, Ed did excellent work in-spite of working at the end of a very long day. Our appointment was for 12-2. He did not get to our house until after 5...apparently he was over booked for our time slot. Yet, he did his job cheerfully.

I saw the add on TV, made an appointment on line to try the service in 2 rooms, and if I liked it then do the living room and other room, since needed to move furniture out.
The tech came sharply at 12 like we had agreed, explained the service. One of the rooms had pee from dogs and cats, and smelled bad. I kept that room closed most of the year. They have some chemical they use for that smell.
He was done in less than 2 hours. The carpets were wet for close to 24 hours, but they were clean, no stains at all, no odor of pee, but a pleasant fragrance. I will make another appointment before the end of the month to take advantage of the 20% off they offer until the end of the month.
