We really liked Eduardo Rodriques, he did an amazing job on our carpets which were heavily stained. He worked really hard, was extremely thorough on the "white" carpet.
The company was very efficient in booking my appointment within 2 days, they were honest with the pricing. I paid exactly what was quoted to me.

This is my 3rd time using Zerorez. The second time I was not happy. I needed to pet refresher, I ended up spraying the carpet myself. However, I decided to try again and I am glad I did. The young man took his time in each room and did a really nice job.

I am pleased with the results and Oscar was very good doing the cleaning and helping me move some furniture.

Clean, simple, fast, easy, friendly staff

The technician was well dressed, respectful , took great care to protect walls and furniture. He explained all the cleaning tools and what he would be doing. Also was able to get out some tough stains.

You guys do great work and are the best carpet cleaning company I've used in 44 years of owning dozens of houses. You are a little more expensive than other carpet cleaning services but you clearly do a much better job, and therefore in the end you get more than what you pay!
