The two men who performed my cleaning service were great. They let me know when they would be arriving. They were polite. One was very concerned about my cat getting out, which was so thoughtful (she didn't). Everything looked wonderful when they finished and there was absolutely no smell. I'm very pleased.

Personal attention to my concerns, and almost full explanation. Did not know there was a protectant extra change after the serviceman came over and told me before the job. The quote was a requote from a prior carpet cleaning which did not have any mention of a protectant.
Secondly I have 36 outdoor sunumbella drapes in our arbor and unfortunately you do not do that work.

When you have occasional specials send them but do not put me on a mailing list.

This is my 2nd time using your service, the first time I used your service it was a referral from my mom who is a satisfied customer. Scheduling the cleaning on the phone was easy. I received great communication regarding arrival time, and you did arrive when you said you would. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, the workman was polite, he worked extremely efficiently to clean the carpet, he wiped up excess water right away from hardwood floors when cleaning area rugs. and he finished quicker than I expected. Overall professional and good service from start to finish with everyone had contact with in your company. My carpets look great and even with heavy foot traffic from Airbnb guests the cleaning lasts for months... much longer than when I clean them with a store bought carpet shampooer. That's why I decided to use your service again. Thank you.

Service was great and on time. You can beat the pricey too.

Zerorez always does a great job cleaning my carpets. The crew is prompt & professional.

That Zero Rez doesn't use toxic chemicals, the faster drying time, and that it only takes an hour to an hour and a half to complete the cleaning in my case; that you bring your own water.

Also, customer service is great! It was easy to schedule, I was notified and reminded of the appointment by email, and the cleaning team called 30 minutes before arriving.

Also, the "super bowl" promotion was great and helped me to get more areas cleaned than I otherwise would have.

Finally, the cleaning team of Justice Luera and Andy from the san jose office were EXCELLENT! Very professional, respectful and kept me informed before, during and after the cleaning process. I would request them again.

My technician was on time, friendly and professional.

The process is very clean and does not leave a soapy residue. The rugs were very soft after the process.

on Tuesday of this week, a tech came and could not do his job as his equipment was not
working. I used to work in a service business in SF. and this is definitely not acceptable.
It was re-scheduled the next day. Jason and Miles were very good. The rugs did not
come completely clean, but it was enough.
