I like that I have the option of using a chemical cleaner for my carpet or just water. We cannot use any chemicals in our home so this was a good option and the carpet dried very quickly. I only wish you had a fragrance free enzyme pretreatment for stains

The carpets are so clean with no residue
The team was very efficient. I got both rooms cleaned without incident which surprises me because I thought the master bedroom was particularly dirty. Does seem to take a while to dry; but I don’t do this often enough to remember if it’s any different than even the time it takes to drive it’s clean some other way

We used a well-known competitor many years ago and then several years ago tried Zerorez and we wouldn't consider using any other carpet cleaning co.
The techs are always on time. Customers are given a four hour window for the appt. and they call to let customers know when they will actually arrive.
They are reliable, careful and courteous. They wear booties to protect the carpet before and during the cleaning.
They can usually get out stains that we thought would not come out.
Zerorez provides great customer service which is critical to us in deciding to whom we give our business.
We're seniors on fixed income(s) and believe Zerorez offers good value for the cost.
