The fact that our carpet was practically dry once the technician was done. Our carpet looks great and feels better. The complete drying process was quick without any smells or sticky feeling. The stains were gone as well. We also liked the fact that the they were on time and professional as well knowledgeable regarding their job.

This was our first experience with Zerorez and I am so glad we choose them to clean our carpets. Our technician, Q, kept us informed of his arrival time and once he arrived he did a great job. We had a few stubborn stains that came back overnight so I called and Q came back a couple of days later. Carpets look great ! He did some light moving of items after requesting permission.
