Juwan was very nice. I didn't receive a text before hand. When he arrived I was in the shower. He waited patiently for 5-10 minutes do I could open the door. He wasn't irritated. Explained everything about the process thoroughly. Was very quick. Did a good job.

Service person was prompt, and worked quickly

Our technician,Torey, was amazing. He did a thorough job on cleaning our carpet and stairs. He was very careful to make sure he had vacuumed up all the water. Our carpets are dry and look like new.
We also had our shower cleaned. As with the carpet, he had me look at it to see if I was pleased. He had done all possible cleaning with his special tool, but the corners of the shower still weren’t clean. He asked for a scrub brush at that point. He did not stop until the corners were scrubbed and clean. He made sure I was happy with all his work before he stopped working.
Torrey was very polite and worked hard throughout the service call. He is certainly an asset to Zerorez
