This was our second home we had cleaned by Zerores. This was a rental we lived in for two years. The carpet looked like new! They didn't overcharge for the stairs or the big room. The cost was very fair and today we are officially out of the rental and in our new home. I would say do not spend money for Stanley Steemer. Zeroes does just as well and charges a more fair price.

I had duct cleaning done on my 5 units after a very dusty renovation. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians who were at my home for the long haul. Took their time yet very efficient. Communication a 10/10. Started a text thread with information on my ducts and with at least 12 pictures to follow to see before and after.

The young man that performed the service was very professional, thorough and expediant. The results were were pretty good. I'm concerned about the service fee. There is a price advertised and then a $25 service fee that is added when the appointment is made. Seems a little sneaky and the person that answered the phone couldn't explain to me what service the fee was actually for. Only that it was added to all jobs... again... seems a little sneaky. Otherwise, The service the youg man provided was great.
