Client Testimonials

I love the customer service shown from the booking of my cleaning to the tech arriving early than appt time and waiting for me to arrive. He was very efficient and thorough, finished the job in less than an hour and was very friendly as well. He even offered me a discount to add another room to the cleaning!

Your people were very friendly, professional and thorough. I already have recommended Zerorez to two friends.

Zerorez did a great job in getting my carpets clean. They had not been professionnaly cleaned in 11 years. The technician showed up in the scheduled time window. Even though it was late in the day (6 pm). He did not hurry ,even though he still had two other stops to make, and worked untill the carpets were clean. he

The technician's personality and knowledge about keeping my carpet and steps cleaner after the treatment.

Excellent service. Technician was friendly and able to respond to questions that I had. Carpet looks and FEELS great.

Professional, courteous, all carpets look fantastic (even got the pet stains out). Took time to put bumpers on wall corners so hose wouldn't mark up house. Even helped get a wrinkle out of my carpet as technician I had knew how. Great service overall.

Great Technician, got out all of spots that I felt were going to be a problem.

I've used Zerorez three times since Jan 2012 and I need to tell you only two of the three carpet cleaning was done right, Collinswood Ct Jonesboro carpet cleaning was great BUT I'm sorry to say the April carpet cleaning at this location Foxfire Place Atlanta (my husband John Last name removed order and meet the Zerorez operator) was done poorly and because I didn't want to give up on Zerorez I decided to give you one last chance, this carpet cleaning done by Bobby Garcia was done to perfection.

The tech was very good and knowledegable. Great presonality. The carpet looks 100% better and feels great. Spots came up. Air in our house smeels clean and fresh after the carpet cleaning. We will definitely recommend zerorez to others.Like this process.

The kindness of Patrick, his work ability. The product is outstanding. It relects exactally what the advertisements say. My carpet on floors were unbearable to me! Now they are almost like new. I was pondering on purchasing new carpet. That will be placed on the back burner until later next year. I have been spared another expensive bill by using your services.

Your tech, Moss, was very friendly and patient while we finished painting in a room. And the carpets turned out beautiful!

Very professional, very clean, and very fast.

Justin answered all of my questions and had me check each room as he finished it....I also feel that my carpets are really clean for the first time. No sticky feeling when in my bare feet

The guy who came to clean my rugs was very professional and my carpets look great..

Juan was friendly, and did a wonderful job. He was able to clean all of the areas in about an hour and a half. The carpets look great, minus a few stains that are in high traffic areas, and most likely won't come out. It's amazing how much dirt he was able to get out of our carpets! We love that there weren't harsh chemicals used. I feel much better with company coming over because I'm not embarrassed by our stains....because they're NOT there! It's been a little over 24 hours now, and so far we're very pleased. Thanks again.
