The technician (I forget his name) was very kind, thorough, and professional. It was an excellent cleaning, and we will definitely be using your company again.

First of all, the technicians introduced themselves when they got to my house. They explained everything they were going to do including some suggestions for some other services because of my pets. They were very, very efficient in cleaning the three rooms and the hallway and very clearly explained to me the best ways to get the carpet to dry quickly.

Tarrance was right on time, super efficient, got the WORST stains out and left our carpets looking and smelling amazing. He explained after-care really well and even offered to come back the next day if our carpets were still damp. (They weren't!) We are a ZeroRez customer for life!

I recently had my sectional sofa professionally cleaned and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The technician was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He took his time and made sure every section of the sofa was cleaned properly, and you can really see the difference. My couch looks and smells fresh again. He did an excellent job and clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for quality upholstery cleaning.

Our service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me around my house and explained what he would be doing. He finished in the time he projected and my carpets look great. We are very satisfied with your service and would highly recommend you to others.

The technician was GREAT! He did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. I gave a rating of 9 instead of 10 because of the price, but I probably just don't understand how much thing cost anymore

I am never disappointed with any service or technician at Zerorez. That being said the service I got from Tim Tyree was exceptional. He was her Monday for duct cleaning service. He is also a good salesman and convinced me to purchase the whole house photocatalytic air purifier for HVAC. I have 2 systems therefore this was an expensive purchase but I have no doubt the it is a good investment. He came back Wednesday to install the air purifiers.
Time is a great spokesman for Zerorez and you should give him a raise!!!
