The technician, Mike Cothran, was on time and was great to deal with. I asked a lot of questions because I couldn't wrap my head around how the carpet would be cleaned without soap! But Mike was very patient with me and explained everything. There was no mess and I loved that I was able to put my house back together soon after service. And, there was no trying to sell me "extra" cleaning products. For my first experience with Zererez, I was very pleased!
