The products seem clean and crisp. My carpet looks magnificent. The service was awesome. I have already begin to tell others to use Zerorez. I look forward to my next appointment being with Zerorez

Very effective at removing stains and reducing odor.

Lee did a wonderful job of ensuring that carpet was treated and cleaned thoroughly to look new again.

I thought that the product itself did a great job at cleaning my carpets, but the technician really made the entire service a "10". David was our technician, and I will certainly request that he personally come next time we use Zerorez - he was amazing.

You came when you said you would and gave me a call when you were on your way. Your technician was careful and professional and did not rush through the job. He took his time and did an excellent job. I also like that your products do not leave a soap residue (one reason I waited to give feedback was to see how the carpet looked after a week of wear, and I am very pleased.) You also were able to get out a couple of really difficult stains, which I was not sure would come out.

Service tech was very knowledgeable, and professional.

lee, the technician. he was awesome and the result, priceless. i could not have ever imagined that my carpets would look new, nor that i would be treated with the degree of respect and honesty that the technician showed me.
