Eric was very personable, trusting, and reliable. He gave me a call earlier in the day asking me if it would be all right if he could come sooner which was worked out fine since I was already at home. He explained the cleaning process thoroughly and gave me an accurate estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take. I also must give kudos to the company's commitment to being green - not only was the cleaning process environmentally friendly but the entire transaction was completely paperless.
