Natural with no residue.

It is a much (greener) cleaner process than most carpet cleaning companies use; no residue.
The technician arrived promptly and completed the job in a timely manner.
The carpets look great- they even feel fresh and clean.

Jimmy was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Treatment was very good at removing spots from our several year old carpet. Carpet looks new again. Will use Zerorez again.

All of my stains were removed...except one was about 85% removed and I was VERY pleased (I didn't even expect that one to be gone...it was from a red popsicle...I was very pleased that the back of the area rugs got really clean.
