They were so kind, and so professional. Did an excellent job, repairing a spot on my carpet and stretching out part of my upstairs carpeting too. The cleaning method used is wonderful and afterwards the carpet is not soaking wet. I have used Zerorez as well as recommending to my mother, who loved it as well. Compared to the other companies I have used, once the cleaning was done there was no strange odor from the cleaning solution and my house did not feel damp.
