I love the fact that my animals are able to be around and not get harmed. The guys that came to our house were great!! They told me everything I needed to know about cleaning my carpets. It's very refreshing to have people tell me the truth about what their products can do. The guys came and told me about my stains, I had an old cat that was in kidney failure. So, there's pee and poo spots all over. They told me that they are able to treat the area but was possible the urine stains would come back. All of the diarrhea stains came out and I can't see urine stains either. Thanks for the help guys!!
No chemical or perfume residue. Carpets were cleaner than they were prior to cleaning although afterwards we were able to see traffic area stains.

I am so pleased with 99.5% of David's work; there is just one spot at the foyer area that is dark however I plan to request him exclusively to come back and do the rest of my condo and fix the area that needs his expertise. Do not send anyone else other than David or I will not allow them in my home. David is an asset to your company and you are lucky he cares about the customer needs.
