Thanks for your response on our sour smell on the basement stairs. Although we were all puzzled about what caused it, I was left with hope and a bottle of smell killer to fix it if the smell returns.

The products don't leave a film on the carpet and the technician Moss was very professional. Moss was also very patient when he did the add on sales for cleaning all the tile when he was orignially contracted for only the carpet.

Carpet was really soiled, but your cleaning products really made the carpet clean and fresh. There was no stickey feel to carpet when dried. My husdand is very hard to please and he was impressed with the carpet.

The product used did a very good job. There was no odor or residue left on the carpet. Danny the serviceman was professional and he arrive on time. My problem with the commercial states the cost is $139.00 but no mention that there is also a trip fee of $15.00 a total of $154.00. Don't you think you should change your commercial?

Very Effective, professional service

Zerorez was very professional, showed up on time, the technician used the machine to detect the accidents that our pets had without our even knowing. We are pleased with the services and would recommend.

We have used Zerorez for years and have always been very happy with the results, however, this cleaning produced the best results ever. Our upstairs carpet is 20 years old and it almost looks new. James amazingly removed some spots that I thought were permanent, he was very professional and a hard worker. I will definitely recommend James and Zerorez to future customers.
