Although our carpet was pretty clean when we purchased the house, the technician was able to to get a few of the spots out and made the house smell fresh and clean. I feel safer now allowing my 10 month old to crawl on the floors knowing they have been sanitized.

I received excellent customer service from my first contact. I live outside the service area so Christina took my information and called me back about a week later when there was an appointment close by. My appointment was made and Grace called to confirm a couple of days in advance. My technician Austin, called the morning of my appointment to let me know that he was on the way and arrived well within the window provided in my confirmation. After a quick walk through, he got right to work. Our carpet is 10 years old and has never been professionally cleaned, so it was very soiled. Austin and Zerorez products made our carpet look like new. I was really amazed and very pleased. I love that there are no chemicals in the water, making the process safe for our grandchildren. And it dried within 4-6 hours exactly as I was told. I have already made recommendations to our friends and family. Thank you for following through on what you promise.
