Carpet looks good - like results
Everything was clearly explained and carried out as promised. All people involved were knowledgeable and professional. The rugs look wonderful and not adding more chemicals to the world is a huge plus.
It was quick and my carpet looks excellant. I was under the impression that beacuse I mentioned 104.7 the fish, I was to get some type of cleaning products for touch ups/

Where do I start? First, the service guy was very friendly. Second, he moved very quickly on the job request doing a complete job. Third, I love the idea of no rez in the carpet that other cleaners leave behind. Finally, I was concerned about the pet stains and other spills coming up out of the carpet - Zerorez put my mind to rest. Great Job! I would use the service again.
