Well, my carpet is clean and there was no chemical smell. Some staining could not be removed but explanations were given prior to the cleaning of the area. The technician was competent and pleasant. He did not have any safety pads b/c the previous client used all of them but that would be the only "ding".
Zerorez delivered!!! Our seriously pet-stained carpet looks like it did when we first had it installed three years ago! Your product totally exceeded our expectations. * the concept of not putting more soap into the carpets; your technician showed me the suds coming out of my rug and explained that the soap was attracting the dirt
* valuable suggestion - use vinegar and very hot water on pet stains (This works!)

The service tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the process. He properly set expectations about what stains he believed would come out and which ones would not and reassured me that he would do his best to remove those stains. He also informed me of other services you company provides and encouraged me to keep your company in mind should I be interested in those services. Overall it was a great experience.

our carpets got so clean thanks to Mike from Zero rez, and he showed us how to use the cleaning spray you gave us which we will use with four children running around the house. We loved the customer service and how Mike was a great representation of a good company. We would def. use zero rez again and we would recommend them to our family and friends.
