I like the prompt service appointment at my convenience, the attention to detail and thorough job zerorez does. I also like that the treatment leaves nothing behind and dries quickly. They do such a good job of fluffing up the carpet that the fresh look lasts for a long time. That matters. I never use anyone else. Zerorez is the best.
