Most importantly, the cleaning was effective. The technician was courteous and competent. I also liked the ease of scheduling online, email confirmation and the phone call to give us the time window for service, all as promised. The only unexpected thing was that the technician arrived about an hour and 45 minutes prior to the earliest time we were given. We did get a call about 15 minutes before he arrived, which we appreciated, and were offered the chance to delay his arrival. Because we were already at home, we were able to accommodate his early arrival fine, but that might be a problem for other customers. Overall, we had very good service.
The method and products used for cleaning is safe for my family and my pets. And it works.

The young man who cleaned the carpet was so nice and on time. And I felt there was no residue left from the cleaning - no soap or chemicals.
The only thing I would recommend is to not tell people it will be dry in one day. It took 2 days but other than that - we would definitely use you again!

The two service guys that came out were EXCELLENT. They were HONEST, polite, efficient, when they discovered a new problem unrelated to what I called for service about, they thoroughly fixed the problem and even cleaned up, when they didn't have to do that at all. I was so impressed with them.

As I had just hired another company last week and then hired Zerorez to clean the mess they had left, it was incredible! They got out every stain the other company had left. There was a horrible chemical smell left by the other company and they got rid of that as well! I am beyond pleased! They were even able to get out a red stain from a melted candle!!
