They were on time, friendly, efficient, and FABULOUS!!!! I knew the price before we got started, and the service technician was very thoughtful and considerate. The cleaning was done in a timely manner and it looked grea when completed. It took only 5 hours for the carpet to dry and it looks wonderful. I will certainlyuse them again and recommed them to eceryone I know.

I like that you do NOT use a lot of water. The carpets are not soaked. Drying time is quick. The staff is so friendly and scheduling is prompt and on time.

Carpets look great. Zerorez is the best I've found at getting rid of stains. Technicians were prompt and polite. Carpets also feel great and dried quickly.
