They're AWESOME!!! There is NO WAY I even half expected the carpet in my daughters' room to look as good as it did - I was happy for it to be cleanm but still stained -- I mean, what can you DO with 11 year old, cheap, builder-grade carpet that 10 year old kids have done their thing (arts and crafts, juice, you name it!) on for 10 years??! I thought I was going to fall over when I walked into that room!!! I could BARELY see ONE slight discoloration from some blue TEMPERA paint that had been spilled there for at LEAST 4 years (despites all my efforts to get it out). Honestly, I have used one or two carpet services in the past but was never keen on them because of all of the things people say - the stains come right back, they try to sell you more services, etc. The technician did not try to pressure me at all, and it is beyond obvious that he KNOWS what he is doing!!! I will tell everyone I know about this company, and will be using them from now on -- there is now NO REASON for me to EVER have carpets that are not clean!
