Service Tech was not on time because GPS directed him to Bentwater instead of my subdivision.
I did give this into to the gal on the phone when I made the appt. I told her about the problem as other people have made the same mistake, apparently she did not give this info to my rep, Mark, as he was a hour late. He did do a very good job and I was satisfied with him.

Just bought a 33 year old home - the carpet was disgusting!! Heard your ad's and called. Your service guy was right on time - very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Friendly courteous technicians who are knowledgeable
The fact that there are no chemicals, I have small children and this is a concern for me. The carpets are not sopping or slippery when the cleaning is complete. It dries quickly and the stains were removed.

Your men were very professional and kind they walk me though what they were doing and showed us and told us stuff about the carbon and black base boards and lost of stuff. Very kind and knew what they were doing. My carpets look new and are FREE of all the detergent residue that was in them from other carpet cleaners and spot treatments. We recently found out my son is allergic to the detergents and have had to change our life style I'm so glad that zero Rez was there to help.
The products used on my carpet did an amazing job in cleaning areas that were highly soiled. I had doubts that it would be possible to completely remove them, however, this was accomplished when the representative of your company cleaned my carpet. Also, the representative that cleaned my carpet was very professional, pleasant and intent on doing a good job. I was extremely satisfied with this job and the representative that did the job.

Your staff is wonderful, they are friendly and helpful. They even helped me pick up all my kids shoes before they started to work. They explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They got the job done in a very timely manner and they were so courteous and neat it was amazing. Really outstanding service on an amazing product.
