Here is what I already posted on your Facebook page before I even received your request for feedback. "Most posts are shorter but I called Zerorez in a panic. Our special needs son stepped in axle grease (we're still not sure how THAT happened) and, after tracking it through the house onto my 2-year-old carpet, decided to try and rub the grease off of his shoe on the carpeted staircase. Terry from Zerorez to the rescue!! He was early for the appointment, he was neat and clean in his appearance, was informative, and did an AMAZING job! Not only did he remove the axle grease but, because of how impressed I was before he started, I asked him to go ahead and do parts of the house that I hadn't intended to do. I have already referred Terry and Zerorez to three people! We will definitely call you again!" What I also neglected to say was that Terry was the most polite young man!
