They are clean; the dry time is much less than regular steam carpet/shampoo cleaning.

I like the professionalism of the cleaning technicians. Courteous, worked very hard to please me. Listened to my needs and then offered resolutions. He did not try to sell me on a whole bunch of unecessary things. Instead he helped me to determine my need by looking at my carpet first and then gave me suggestions.

I also am very very happy with the cleaning results. I can see that my carpet is clean without leftover residues. The cleaning was done without the harsh chemicals and too
much water.

I'll use Zerorez every time...carpet needs cleaning. No doubt about it.

Great service, however each time you advertise a free cleaning kit but I never do get one. Just wonder why they keep forgetting that part. Good service though.
