He took the time to truly listen to the issues I was having and even repeated back to me what I said to assure me that he understood. He told me how long it would take to clean and treat the carpets and finished on time. He did an excellent job! The carpets look and smell wonderful. I would recommend your company, with Mike as the technician, to anyone.

My carpets actually feel clean not sticky and stiff with tons of residue.

This was our second time with Zerorez. The result both times was great. Our carpet is soft and feels wonderful. The tech was on time and efficient. Our whole carpet was done in an hour. He did a fantastic job and and we will use Zerorez in the future.

The guy who came out to my house was extremely respectful and professional. I had no qualms about leaving him in the house alone.

They were exceptionally professional and did a great job. I have already recommended Zerorez to some of my friends.

Ryan was great. Our carpets look new, the customer service was excellent.

I can NOT believe that every stain in my carpet came out! Gabriel was very professional and polite. When I called on the phone, the woman told me that Zerorez did not do area rugs; however, Gabriel told me that if they have the hard glaze (not sure of the term he used) then you will clean them. I would love for Gabriel to come out and do the rest of my house, as all of my area rugs are like he described with the exception of one Oriental rug.

Just picked up a cleaning kit. Have not had time to try it yet.

My daughter had a lava lamp that broke in her room and stained the carpet 2 years ago. I've had my carpets cleaned twice before using Zerorez and the other companies treated the lava lamp stain, but were not succesfull in removing the stain. We bought a throw rug to cover it. Zerorez got all of my carpets clean including that lava lamp stain! Professional, courteous and a better cleaning job than the 2 other comapnies I've used in the past.
