No chemicals

I would also like to suggest that the quote for service given over the phone be more accurate. I have now used your service twice and both times the guys walks in and immediately starts to up-charge the quote saying that they have the final say. They said the standard size is approx. 12x12 I was told by a manager it was 12x15. Your charge for the pet package the guy said was $30.00 a spot, who could afford that? This was not told to me in the quote. So, I spent the first 30 min of service time in dispute with these extra charges versus the original quote. This made me very angry and you should tell the customer up front the quote is not real. You should fix this! Your product & service is good but customers don't like to feel taken advantage of. Thank you

Lee and Brandon, the service techs who came to my house, were outstanding to work with! It was overwhelming to deal with a flooding situation, but they made the process much easier to handle. Although I would never wish the situation on anyone, if it does happen, you can't have better people in your corner. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough!

What I like: your products really work. My carpets look amazing and our service rep, Eric was awesome! He was professional and on time. He was patient with all my questions and I appreciated his honest and informative answers. I could not have asked for a better experience! My husband and I think it was the best money we have spent in a long time. Our only negative was that we didn't get our carpets cleaned sooner!

Our carpet looks great! We bought a foreclosure and the carpets were very dirty. I would say that about 80% of the spots completely disappeared and the spots that are left aren't too noticeable. Great job and great pricing!! Will definitely recommend you guys to everyone!
