Several reasons. First, no soap residual was left on the carpets. Second, carpets look fantastic, and smell fresh. Thrid, the process is eco friendly, Fourth, with the high pressure water, minimal water was used, thus drying time was cut in half in comparision to other carpet cleaning companies. Last, the technician was informative, friendly and on time

The technician did a fabulous job and was on time and I am pleased with the service. I have a difficult stain however - it has "revived" and may need another hit- 2 small spots are reappearing

I appreciate the time that the technician gave to my home. I expected someone to come in, spray the carpet with the solution, give a quick run over the carpet and head out, but that is not what the technician gave - he gave over 100% and treated my carpet with detail and excellence.
