How well it works on the carpet and how clean my house smells. Richard Bougeouis was awesome along with the gentleman who was training that day. I don't have his name but he did an amazing job as well. I believe it was his 4th day with Zerorez. Will use again!

Granted, this was a small area rug which had never been cleaned. It looks brand new. It was obvious that a great deal of care was given by the way the colors now pop and the fringe is a different color. Even the packaging for the return was very carefully done.
