You arrive on time, your techs explain the process and the solution you use on the carpets, you don't try to rook the customer with extras (aka, you are fair!) and the carpet looks much better when you are done.

I liked how you called to let me know when the technician would be arriving. The cleaning service was good too even though the oriental carpets took longer to return than expected.
There are only fresh aromas after the service of cleaning. There is no chemical nor overly done shampoo residue and the assurance that no chemicals were used is the greatest asset of using zerorez.
