I have used another service for years (an aquaintance of ours). I thought it was time for new carpet till Zerorez came. Might need a touch up on a few tough spots returning but an amazing difference. Won't waste money on new carpet now!

Our carpet looked great when it was first done and 9 days later it still does.
One concern... I had to wait on hold twice for over 6 -7 minutes to ask questions
and to place the order. I'm happy you're busy and have lots of customers BUT maybe
you need more customer reps to answer your phones(just a suggestion) I hate being
put on hold that long (what a waste of my time) and so does most of your future
customer. Oh, well you did ask for my feedback AND I did give you a 9!! :-)

carpets look like new, service tech's are polite and friendly and do a great job.

I had granite sealed, love the way if looks and the fact that it won't need to be done again. Much easier and looks better than when I tried to do it myself.
