carpet is soft when i waik on it . i had a very dirty carpet, it had some stain still in it but it was the best jobi every had. the tech was very nice and helpful. i will call again. good job \. thank you.

It was a Saturday 4 pm appointment ( on time ) with still one more stop for his day and was so pleasant. Great attitude! Second time we have used your company and is because there is not a better system we have used to clean our carpets. We used to use other companies because of " better deals" but the end results are not at the levels you provide.
