The product works. Rugs are cleaner than results from powders, sprays and heavy water/detergent systems. Rugs are dry in much less time, and shadow stains do not return. But the striking difference connected to Zerorez is the service. Technicians are professional in appearance and performance, punctual and respectful. Continue to enjoy this service and recommend it to all me friends. During this recent service, Brandon, your technician, as with those in the past, was your best sales representative. He provided the service I requested with no added fees, or unnecessary add on's. He was punctual, professional and left my home the way he found it, along with very clean rugs.

PROBLEM: I realize you don't move heavy furniture but surely your associate could have moved the nightstands and cleaned underneath them for I had removed all items from the top.

The technician was personable. By the time he left he felt more like a friend than a stranger. My carpets have been cleaned before by other companies, but never looked this good. They are old and were a mess because of my sick dog but it all came out. I am thrilled and will be using your company again.

The serviceman (Matt) did an excellent job. Our elderly dog that has died had left behind several bad stains and Matt got them all out.
