All the stains came out of the carpet. The service did not have the weird smell other carpet cleaners do. The carpet felt nice and soft after it dried.

Well, my carpet is clean and there was no chemical smell. Some staining could not be removed but explanations were given prior to the cleaning of the area. The technician was competent and pleasant. He did not have any safety pads b/c the previous client used all of them but that would be the only "ding".

Zerorez delivered!!! Our seriously pet-stained carpet looks like it did when we first had it installed three years ago! Your product totally exceeded our expectations. * the concept of not putting more soap into the carpets; your technician showed me the suds coming out of my rug and explained that the soap was attracting the dirt

* valuable suggestion - use vinegar and very hot water on pet stains (This works!)
