my carpet was an awful, smelly mess due to 2 dogs and many applications of the store bought remedies. my service tech, danny, was uncertain that the results would be good. he said he would try his best, and we agreed that any improvement would be satisfactory. he applied an enzyme to the pet stains, and went to work. the results amazed us both!! the pet stains actually did come up, and the house smelled great!! zerorez exceded all my expectations. all the advertisements i had heard were true. zerorez is fantastic! i will be a consumer for life.

I like the fact that the tech showed up when he said he would and was dressed neatly. He put booties on his feet so as to not wear his shoes in the house. He thoroughly explained what he was going to to. He was meticulous in his work and caused no damage. He did an outstanding job of getting our carpet clean...we noticed a huge difference. zerorez is the best home service company we have every used!
