We were skeptical about our pet stains coming out and the odor coming back out after the cleaning of our carpets, but I have say...they look great! Eric did a fantastic job, and what we really noticed about him was his sincere desire to please us! He used the pet treatment, which is not cheap....but it worked beautifully! I love the fact that no soaps or shampoos were used. I've had other companies use soap and/or shampoos and it leaves the carpet smelling 'moldy' and they stay wet for a very long time!

Quality service

The level of professionalism among the staff. From my first call through completion, the staff were knowledgeable and professional, which matters when the engagement between parties and the services themselves are both excellent. My technician, James, was extraordinary. He explained in detail what products he would use, how they interact with carpet in ways that differ from other companies, how carpet can be like split ends on hair (which can make it hard to remove all stains if a client has rubbed the area intensely with a stain remover themselves, amd what he would do to aid drying time. He even explained the need to convert a pet's accident back to an acid so that the enzyme treatment would be most effective. He worked hard to remove all stains, and my carpet looks great.
