This was a second trip to rectify a not so good first trip. I was VERY, VERY impressed with the professionalism and interest the technician (I think Jonathan) showed us. He listened to what I had to say, assessed the situation. When he tested the carpet with the "washcloth" test, it came up very dirty. I hate to say I told you so, but it made me happy he proved me right & he took it in the joking manner I said it! He did a STUPENDOUS job, careful to be sure the carpet was clean. He took his time and it showed in the end result of VERY CLEAN carpet. He did the washcloth test a second time & whalla ... white washcloth! I could not be happier looking around my house and walking barefoot on my EXTREMELY clean house. I thank you for following up on your promise of making me a satisfied customer. I like the process has the technician explaned it. The tech was very knowledgeable of the product and process. He told if the zerorez process did not clean it; it could not be cleaned. We loved the fact that there was now after smell. It did not take long at all.

Customer service is excellent - from the time the appointment is made, to questions over the phone, to the service technician who comes to your house. As for the carpet, it looks beautiful given all the wear and tear it's gotten over the years. The rooms smell fresher and the overall look of the carpet is MUCH better.

The cleaning solution has a citrus smell and the spot removing solution really works. The carpet is clean and fresh. It didn't take long to dry and I walk bare foot on my carpet. Mark was very helpful and funny. Don't get me wrong he worked but it was a pleasure to have work at my home that day.

I was very pleased with the way my carpets looked after they were cleaned - my dog was having stomach problems so the carpet was a mes. You'd never know it now.

The most important thing that I noticed was the technician was very professional and had a positive attitude. Moss gave us a detail explanation of what he was going to do and what we should expect. He also informed my husband and me what we needed to do to cut down on dust particles that our filter was not catching. I had my carpet and ceramic tile cleaned “Very Pleased”. I would recommend Zerorez to EVERYONE that I know.
