I really appreciated the honesty from my technician about what to expect from the cleaning with respect to which stains would likely be removed and which stains would likely remain. Even though some stains could not be removed, the difference in the overall appearance of the carpet is amazing.

Technicians are professional, efficient, and knowledgable. Gerrett, Ryan, & Bill were extremely polite, thorough, and personable and their expertise is obvious by great job they did on my system. They were careful not to mar any of the newly painted surfaces and wore shoe covers when walking on the carpet recently cleaned by Zerorez--not all other providers do the same.

Billy, my "personal" Zerorez technician, was absolutely great!! He answered all of my questions, put me at ease and clearly explained the process. I've used countless other carpet cleaning companies, but Zerorez is the ONLY one I've ever seen that cleans each and every area of the carpet 4 times!!! My 17 year old daughter likes to sit on the floor of her room while using her cosmetics, and Billy removed every single stain from her floor. Very well done indeed.
