The 1st go round didn't get it totally clean so I told you about it on this servey and you sent someone back out and did it again for no charge. You guys are AWESOME!!!! I will refer everybody I know that needs the carpets cleaned.
I like the fact that there was not water used and the carpet dried very quickly. All of the stains came out. I was very satisfied with the service.

This is the 2nd time that we have utilized your services and simply stated. "It is the BEST!" We have used other carpet cleaning companies and the carpets actually looked worse after their visit. I felt like it would be a waste of time and money - but I did and well - I am "shocked and amazed", and my husband is very satisfied with the results! Today's over stated advertisements make you skeptical - but Zerorez actually performs as advertised - and then some!
Our Zerorez Indoor Environmental Specialist, Austin Crye represents your firm in a detailed, knowledgeable and professional manner. He was one time, he asked me to show him the areas to be cleaned and any stains etc. He took time to explain additional services that Zerorez offers such as cleaning out our air ducts, and better A/C filters. I did not feel as though he was "selling" me, but rather informing me of quality services that I may have a interest in at a later date. I appreciate a firm that hires and trains it's staff members to know the products and services that may be of benefit and value to a customer.
It's important to me and my family to maintain a clean living environment, as it protects our health and investment. It's a delight to have my carpets cleaned every three months - they are like new again! And - I'd like to request Austin Crye to be assigned to my account every time PLEASE!

The tech was great!
As I am sure you are aware the tec that was out on Friday, 03/25/11, was send out because I was not satisfied with the first time the carpet was cleaned a few weeks earlier. The gentleman who was out this time was very perfessional. My carpet feels clean this time. He took his time to redo the traffic areas and did a great job. I am sorry that I did not get his name but I would like to have it, if possible. The next time I call for carpet cleaning, he is the only one I want to come out to clean my carpet. I do not blame the first person out - he came at 8PM after a full day of work and he had to be tired and anxious to get home. I would also like an invoice for the cleaning. Our Tech was Justin. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. Our carpet had many pet urine stains as well as other stains from spills. All but just a couple of spots came completely clean. Not due to his lack of effort though, besides you have to look very closely to see them. We think it may have been ink. My carpet looks practically new and smells great. Justin was patient and answered any questions we had as well. I will certainly use this company again.

The technician (Jimmy Little II) was VERY professional and cordial. The product is superior to any other carpet cleaner I have tried. It removed a year-old grape juice stain from and tomato sauce stains from my off-white carpet. I will use and recommend ZeroRez again and again!
Shorter dry time, less water and chemicals.
Matt, the technician was very knowledgable and explained the drying process and other questions we had concerning stains. He also was willing to back over areas if we weren't satisfied.

The carpets are very clean.
Very good customer service...responded quickly to concerns about our problem areas that didn't come clean. Zerorez came back and retreated areas. The pet urine stains were too deep in the carpet and pad to come out but I really appreciate the effort to remove them.
They were on time and called 30 minutes ahead of time.The service man was very professional and I would recommend your service to any of my friends or neighbors.

I like that the carpets looked better after being cleaned than when I moved into the house, also the fresh lemony smell. I liked that the young gentelmen who cleaned my carpets was very informative about the company and the products.
