I have been using the same carpet company for years, I usually get my carpet cleaned twice a year. The last two times I was very disappointed, it did not appear once the carpet had dried that the carpet had just been cleaned professionally. What I liked about the product is my carpet is very clean and looks great, I based this on after the carpet had dried. The customer service was excellent, my technician was very knowledgeable of the products and was very informative. I will definetly be using Zerorez in the future. Thank you so much!

All of the stains and pet urine odors were removed from my basement!

Zerorez is reliable, on time and they generally do a good job. I was especially happy w/the job they did on the white tile in my bathroom. I thought I was going to have to replace all the white grout but after they cleaned, the tile and grout looked like new. They have also cleaned my duct work and carpets after some construction work left dust from top to bottom in the house.

ZeroRez gets our carpet just as clean, if not cleaner, than other carpet cleaning companies, but what we like best is that it STAYS looking clean a lot longer. No turning gray or dark from chemicals. We still use slippers & socks to walk on our carpet, but we don't have to wait until it is completely dry in order to function in our home. They gave us solutions to our cat problems, which was huge! And on top of that, the ZeroRez technicians REALLY make it easy to do business together. They listen to my needs and then offer a great solution at a fair price. This company does what they say they'll do - which means they can be trusted and I have confidence in recommending them to family and friends. We worked with Danny -- he's the best!
